Mr. Ito began his career at KPMG Tokyo, engaging in audits, IPO support, valuation, corporate restructuring, and privatization projects. He later worked at KPMG LLP in New York before establishing Phoenix Accounting Group in 2005, supporting Japanese companies’ overseas expansion.

After graduating from university, Mr. Jun Mizokami joined a local consulting firm in India, where he provided services—primarily to Japanese manufacturing companies—ranging from market entry feasibility studies and local subsidiary incorporation to land acquisition and PMO for large-scale factory construction. Since joining the Phoenix Accounting Group, he has been engaged in comprehensive support for Japanese clients expanding into India.
Chartered Accountant (India)
Mr. Deekshant Gupta worked in KPMG India’s tax practice, providing tax compliance services and advising on incentive schemes. At Deloitte India, he delivered financial consulting services to state governments, including tax revenue strategies based on tax audits. After gaining experience in audit and accounting/tax outsourcing at local professional firms in India, he joined Phoenix Accounting Group. As head of the local team in the India office, he supports Japanese companies with market entry into India and tax and accounting matters.
